We have now decided to develop and improve our customer service even further. This will come in the form of a blog. In this way customers have the ability to access a greater source of information on a watch before they even come in to the shop. The blog will also feature interviews with watchmakers, watch-repairers & other key individuals in the trade. This is to give the customer a more detailed insight into the industry and it will be an invaluable aid in choosing the perfect watch for you.
